Welcome to Phintex India Services Private Limited. The Company provides solar panel sales, installations, maintenance, and related services as per the specifications agreed with the Customer. Any additional servicess beyond the agreed scope will require a separate agreement and may incur additional costs.
Customers must meet the eligibility criteria under the PM Muft Bijli Yojna to qualify for benefits or subsidies. The Company does not guarantee approval or benefits under the Yojna, as these are subject to government policies and Customer eligibility.
Pricing for Services will be as per the quotation provided to the Customer. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless specified otherwise. Applicable taxes will be borne by the Customer.
The Company will endeavor to complete installation within the timeline specified in the Agreement. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or supply chain issues, will be communicated promptly. The Customer must provide unobstructed access to the installation site and ensure all necessary permissions are in place.
Solar panels and related equipment are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty as specified in the product documentation. The Company provides maintenance services as per the agreed terms. Any additional maintenance will be charged separately.
The Customer must ensure the installation site complies with all local regulations and is suitable for solar panel installation. The Customer is responsible for securing necessary permits, if applicable, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Any damage caused by the Customer’s negligence, improper use, or unauthorized alterations will void warranties.
Orders may be canceled only before installation begins. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The Company respects your privacy and handles your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers must not share confidential information related to the Company’s operations, pricing, or proprietary processes. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sitapur.
